I was setting at my desk this morning asking the lord for the words to post for here today and all I was receiving my spirit were thse words in the book of Proverbs 3:5-7 " Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding, "In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths."Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil. These words form the word of God are some of the most powerful truths you and I can follow. Many of us are so set in what we think we cannot here the truth of God. God wants the best for us but we have to acknowledge him and follow His direction. When we begin to think we know more than God we set our selves up for problems. God wants to be in our lives and be a very important part of our lives. The last part of verse seven says depart from evil. How many of us truly understand what evil is if we really did there are many things we do that we would repnet of to the Lord because down deep in our spirits we no its wrong when we do it but we go ahead and follow our own understanding or the dictates of the flesh we basically give into our self will rather than do what God said and depart from evil. If we would just think upon thses three verse with sincere meditation we would find out to do it Gods way would open the doors of heaven and the blessing of God would flow toward us. Verse 8 of this same chapter reads this way. It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones. What the word is saying if we do what the above verses ask of us that by following Gods way it will creat in us the presence of God that brings health to our spirit which in turns flows over to our soul and body. Just take the time to mdeitate in these verses today and see what God shows you about what you need to let go of. Have a Blessed and Healthy Day From Pastor Ken
